CS - Professional Final Level
The CS Professional Course is the final stage of the Company Secretary program, designed for candidates who have completed the Executive Course. This level focuses on advanced topics that equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for high-level roles in corporate governance and compliance.
Eligibility
To qualify for the CS (Company Secretary) Final level, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Completion of Executive Level: Candidates must have completed all papers of the CS Executive level.
- Practical Training: Candidates must complete a minimum of 15 months of Practical Training, which includes:
- 3 months of training in a company secretarial firm.
- 12 months of training in a corporate entity or other specified organizations.
- Registration: Candidates must be registered for the CS Final course with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

- Drafting, Pleadings, and Appearances
Module II
- Secretarial Audit, Compliance Management & Due Diligence
- Corporate Restructuring, Insolvency, Liquidation & Winding-up
- Resolution of Corporate Disputes, Non-Compliances & Remedies
Module III
- Corporate Funding & Listings in Stock Exchanges
- Multidisciplinary Case Studies
- Elective Subjects (Choose 1 out of 8 options):
- Banking Law and Practice
- Insurance Law and Practice
- Intellectual Property Rights – Laws and Practices
- Forensic Audit
- Direct Tax Law & Practice
