Educational Qualifications and Expertise
Prof. KNR holds an M. Com, M.Phil., B.L, PGDPM, and Ph.D. His areas of expertise include Business Economics, Laws and Ethics, and Business Management. After completing his Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Law from Madras Law College (now Dr. Ambedkar Law College) and an M.Phil. He also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Madras School of Social Work.
Academic Career and Contributions
Prof. KNR has taught for more than 30 years, with significant roles at prestigious institutions like Loyola College and RKM Vivekananda College, where he spent over 15 years each. Additionally, he has been a faculty member at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India – SIRC. As the Founder-Director of RR Academy (P) Ltd, which he established in 1993, Prof. KNR has guided students to achieve remarkable success, including 253 All India Ranks and six instances of the All India First (AIR 1) Rank.

He has conducted over 460 career guidance sessions in more than 100 schools and colleges, helping thousands of students explore career opportunities in commerce and finance. His efforts include school programs at various institutions like DAV, Gopalapuram, and SBOA, Anna Nagar, as well as career awareness initiatives at various colleges such as EthirajWomen’sCollege and D.G. Vaishnav College.
Television and Government Initiatives
Prof. KNR has also made his mark through television programs, including live shows on KalignarSeithigal and “Vivadha Media,” where he addressed questions related to careers in accounts and finance. He has been invited to speak at several Tamil Nadu Government initiatives, including the “Vazhikatti” program organized by the Department of Education, where he shared insights with education ministers, school officials, and students.
