Prof. Priya Kannan is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has served as the Head of Secretarial, Administration, and Accounts for 12 years in a corporate body. Since 2013, she has been practising as a Company Secretary and has over five years of teaching experience.

She is a recognized speaker at ICSI and ICAI institutes and serves as a visiting faculty member at various colleges. Prof. Kannan is dedicated to preparing her students to not only answer questions but also to engage critically by asking their own. She recognizes that each student has a unique learning style and addresses these diverse needs effectively.
