On the 9th, of December 2019, the NRC bill was passed by the Indian Lok Sabha. Rajya Sabha passed the same bill on 11, December 2019. There were 125 votes in favour of the bill and 105 votes against the bill. The MLA from AIUDF mentioned that the list consists of illegal foreigners and excluded the names of Bengali Hindus. These native Indians also reside in Assam without documents. The NRC 1951 update with the document seems to be a fake draft. Supreme Court rejected the re-verification of the project draft. Apart from documents, other proofs are also valued by the government. The criteria to get added to the NRC are as follows: the persons with electoral rolls till March, those who have registered under FRRO, and migrants after 24th, March 1971.
The purpose of the project is to identify Indian nationals from Assam. The estimation of the project cost was 288.18 crores. The actual cost was 1,602.66 crore. The NRC project requires reliable software. The software support was from Wipro technologies. As there is a lack of planning, the project team added 215 pieces of software to the core software. The software development was not done after the selection of software vendors through the national eligibility assessment tendering.
Importance of minimum wages act:
The government will revise the labour cost every five years. Corporate companies and manufacturing companies follow the rates set by the government. The government wants to ensure the decent living of a worker. The minimum wage in India divides into two categories. One is employed with a grade 10 qualification, and the other one is an employee without a grade 10 qualification. The rate is INR 20357 and 18,499 for the 10th qualified and non-qualified. The minimum wage act was introduced in the year 1948. The government added an amendment to the act in the year 2000. The floor rates are lowest in the states such as Kerala, Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh. The minimum wage floor rate in India is 115. If there is an issue of non-payment of minimum wages, the concerned authorities are liable to pay ten times higher than the fixed amount. The official authority needs to keep a record of all the receipts, work and payment details. Working hours, rest and payment for travel are given in the act. The position and value of the employee give motivation to the employee. Every employee working for a wage must be aware of the minimum wages act.

Citizenship plays a vital role in elections, economic development and the history of a country. Tracing illegal immigrants helps the financial and political growth of India.
Final Words:
The administration of collecting documents and data of the citizens is not an easy job. The data from the census is not enough to decide the fact. It also creates issues for the minority community. The minority community think about secularism, and the majority think about nationalism. Supreme Court initiated NRC after receiving a petition from a nongovernment organisation. The solution to the better functioning of NRC is like a test of administration skills. The administration of voluminous data and operations is a difficult one.
