Contribution of parents to student’s growth:
Parents set goals and motivate the students with success stories. The parents also understand the student’s difficulties in scoring high marks. It is not a matter of success but the interest of the student towards the profession. Psychologists say that it is essential to feed the four types of intelligence. The four divisions are intelligence, emotions, social elements and adversity. Like the intelligence quotient and emotional quotient, it is essential to develop the adversity quotient. The adversity quotient is the boldness to face the problems and situations in life. Knowledge, emotions, and socialisation come from a pleasant environment. But, the adversity quotient comes from an unpleasant environment. So, life is not the bed of roses for a chartered accountant. Parents need to understand brain growth and support the students. Generally, the following points are the ways the parents find to motivate the students:
• Parents sacrifice their entertainment and keep calm during the CA examination of the students.
• Parents understand the learning difficulties of the student. They take up counselling for understanding the training to clear the examination.
• Parents take care of their health and sleep. It is important to eat healthy foods and sleep at right time. Parents make the habit of eating and sleeping interesting.
• Parents of CA final must bear in mind that CA is not an easy one. So, giving career option make them feel demotivated. So, motivation and patience help students to be successful.
• Confidence and a positive approach do magic. So, standing behind the students with a dream motivate the students.
• From the parent’s perspective, it is important to give private space to the students. It is not good to interrupt their emotional process. Children learn from others and their experiences. So, the private space helps them to understand the value of education.
• Last but not least is the causes of comparison. Parents should not compare the knowledge among students. Compare the good habits, not the marks. Comparison is the action behind the age. Comparison grows with equal-age friends. So, it has two sides. Comparison creates overthinking and increases motivation. So, balancing with emotions brings success.
Professional ethics of chartered accountants:
Chartered accountants need to follow fundamental principles and ethics. The objectives of integrity, objectivity, competence, due care, confidentiality and professional behaviour shape the morality of the profession. There are more than twenty-one services. Some of them are corporate law advice, income tax consultancy, FERA act advice, business strategy, investment ideas etc. Each service has professional ethics to protect self-interest and morale.
Final Words:
Chartered accountants secure high marks from intelligence, hard work and dream. Institutes, coaching centres and parents are the pillars behind the beautiful crown. The convocation ceremony motivates the students, parents and teachers. Producing finance professionals aid in the growth of the country.
